The Ambrette Restaurant

The Ambrette Restaurant (formerly The Indian Princess) in Margate Old Town  has received recognition from The Michelin Guide and recently rated as Kent's No.1 Restaurant by Tripadvisor.com. It offers a modern take on  classic Indian cuisine and is one of the town’s hidden gems.  Warwick guests will receive a free glass of sparking wine when booking.

The Lighthouse Bar

One of Margate’s newest and most sophisticated places to drink, The Lighthouse bar - on The Harbour Arm - offers a wonderful selection of wines, beers and spirits as well as  fantastic views out to sea and across the old town. There’s live music most weekends and a genuinely warm welcome from Simon, Mikey and their team.

We particularly love their wonderful jugs of cocktails and, of course, their legendary black cherry vodka!!  A great place for leisurely afternoon drink or a fantastic night out.
The Mad Hatter’s Tea Rooms

The Mad Hatter’s Tea Rooms offers  an eccentric take on that most British of institutions - Afternoon Tea.  Sip your tea and eat a cheeky slice of cake amongst an eclectic mix of Victoriana, Christmas decorations and Princess Diana memorabilia.

If you’re lucky, the Mad Hatter himself will serve you dressed in waistcoat, bow-tie and trade-mark top hat.

The Captain Digby Family Pub

The Captain Digby award winning family pub and restaurant located on the cliff top overlooking Kingsgate Bay. It’s a wonderful place for the entire family - with indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, face painters at the weekend & during school holidays.

Only a five minute cab ride from The Warwick, or a 20 minute scenic cliff top that takes in and some of the area’s most beautiful beaches and breathtaking views.
